We are a law office with transparent prices
With our clients we arrange a few types of remuneration, when the arrangement of a given remuneration depends on mutual agreement of parties. We always try to find a solution for both sides in order to help you under reasonable financial conditions.
THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT IS FREE OF CHARGE!
Hourly Remuneration
Our law office primarily offers the arrangement of remuneration in an hourly rate. During the appointment we will inform you about the expected time frame and the amount of the hourly rate, which depend on the complexity and the area of provided legal services. You will be always informed about the amount of remuneration before provision of a service.
The remuneration ranges from 750,- CZK – 3.000,- CZK + VAT / commenced hour. The remuneration will be specified to you during a non-binding appointment, by phone or e-mail.
Flat Fee Remuneration
Our law office also offers flat fee arrangements in which the remuneration is arranged for processing of a particular act of a legal service. Typically, for example, remuneration for the preparation of revision of contracts etc. is arranged in this manner. You always know from us in advance which amount we will charge you.
Remuneration Based on Share or Contingency
In exceptional cases we also arrange with clients the remuneration based on share or contingency. The amount of this remuneration is derived from a certain value of property related to the given legal case, from the value of a thing that is the subject of the provision of legal services, or from the outcome of the case. We agree on this remuneration quite exceptionally and in justified cases, but always in an adequate manner and in a way protecting the client´s interest.
Non-Contractual Remuneration
If the attorney´s remuneration for legal services provided by him or her is not stipulated by a contract, its amount is ruled by the legal regulation, which is the regulation of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., the so-called lawyer´s tariff. However, the contractual remuneration is preferred.
