About Us

Many years ago we, Irena and Adam Valíčkovi, started to study law, not yet as spouses at that time. We successfully completed our studies, but that was only the first step to the practice of law. We got a taste of what would fulfil us in our professional lives: the application of law.

After successfully completing attorney training and a few months of intensive preparation we decided, by then as spouses, to pass the bar exam together. That was the first, essential key to our joint consummation of advocacy. We began as independent attorneys at law with branch offices at Kobližná street in OD Vichr and at Dřevařská street in Brno. We started with worries about financial management of costs related to operation of the office. Since our studies we have both adopted the motto “Per aspera ad astra” (i.e. “through obstacles to the stars”). After approximately half of a year we contracted with our first employee for occasional help. After about a year we then hired our first employee in a full-time employment relationship. We currently consist of a team of eleven members and we believe in further growth.

In 2019 we managed to obtain the prestigious award Law Firm of the Year – highly recommended office in Žofín in Prague. The very same year we also took over the award of the finalist of the Office of the Year – advocacy, for design and working environment, also in Prague in Žofín. In 2019 we were categorized among significant law offices of the Czech Republic by the press EURO and Epravo.cz. Members of our team are active in various professional chambers, we regularly publish in media (Czech television, MF Dnes, Metro, Epravo, etc.), and we carry out training in various legal areas.

Our law office is seated in Brno, we have a branch office in Vyškov. However, we are active throughout the whole Czech Republic.
